Mounia is the media marketing and strategy manager of “2M television Morocco “. She is passionate about creating new concept of TV reality Shows and live events that resonate with the fast changing taste of the audience in the digital age because of the impact of the technological development. As a game changer of the Moroccan audiovisual landscape she imposes herself in a male dominated field in Morocco breaking the rules in the traditional media, building new bridges that never existed before between announcers and television creating a strong dynamic that allows high records in audience rating, matching international standards .She realized early on in this adventure that evolving on the personal life front was essential; passionate about positive psychology and well-being she got her certification in 2016 in this field, then trained to become a Chief Officer of Happiness at Woohoo academy of Happiness in Copenhagen. To contribute to others with her experience in the media industry and her mindfulness approach applied to high demanding careers in order to improve innovation, productivity and performance and to keep balance between personal and professional life had become the major focus for her. She expands as an influencer in Morocco and beyond so she founded Happynation boost company specialized on boosting productivity and innovation and a blog in witch she shares interviews with Harvard researchers and lecturers like Tal Ben Shahar, Shawn Achor and more researchers from Buthan and other countries to inspire others ."I Had the chance to meet and learn from great researchers and coaches and I want to share with people all the things that contribute to human Happiness".
Mounia has an Executive MBA in management and leadership HEC France, A Master in Marketing and communication from University of Versailles Saint Quentin . She loves theater so she made Improvisation courses at Magnet Theater New York .
With 15 year’s experience in Television where she learned technical and artistic skills in production, she discovered a passion for producing and directing . She produced 4th editions of Studio 2M equivalent of pop idol, Challenger : a tv reality show like shark thank, and a short documentary about what is happiness for Danish people .
Now she is writing a book about Happiness at work.
